Once a spot is confirmed we send the full enrollment packet, and your child's first day is set.
Before you submit
Is there a fee to submit an enrollment request?
No. Submitting the form is free and does not commit you to anything. Registration fees and tuition are discussed when a seat is confirmed.
What documents will I need later?
Once a seat is confirmed we send an enrollment packet that includes the Texas immunization record, a physician's statement, emergency contacts and signed center policies. None of that is needed to submit this form.
How soon can my child start?
Often within a week or two of a confirmed seat, once the enrollment packet is complete. Use the preferred start date field and we will work toward it.
Who sees the information I share?
Only our administrative staff and, once your child is enrolled, their classroom teachers. We never sell or share family information. See our privacy policy for details.
