About the role
We are building a pool of qualified Substitute Teachers to support our programs across all age groups. This flexible position is perfect for educators who want to work on an as-needed basis while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.
As a Substitute Teacher, you will step in when regular staff members are absent, maintaining continuity of care and following established lesson plans. You may work with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or school-age children depending on need.
This is an excellent opportunity for retired teachers, college students studying education, or educators seeking part-time work.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Flexibility to work on short notice
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and classroom environments
- Strong communication skills
- Background check clearance required
