About the role
Kingdom Park Learning Center is seeking an energetic and organized After School Program Coordinator to lead our Before & After School program for children in grades K-12. This position involves planning engaging activities, coordinating field trips, and providing homework support in a safe, supervised environment. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for school-age children. You will develop weekly activity plans, coordinate with local schools for transportation, and ensure all children receive proper supervision and care. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on children during their out-of-school hours while providing parents with peace of mind.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with school-age children
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and schedules
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication skills with children and parents
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Background check clearance required
